They were very friendly and nice. However, was not clear on pricing. I was quoted 49.99 when the guy came he looked at the door said it looked fine, but offered to lube and check the tracks so I wouldn't be paying for nothing. After that we were talking about the bent frame ( which is what I initially called them out for) and he said he could hammer it out. I said, ok. After that I had to pay and it ended up being 150.00 I was shocked and asked why. He said because I had he do extra things. It was a total surprise and I won't use their service again because I felt they lied to me. You should always be upfront with your customers about prices.
