Called before they arrived and they arrived at the scheduled time. I had lost electrical power in a portion of my house and to my gas stove. The two service techs systematically checked the plugs and outlets until they isolated the problem and found two bad plugs. They worked for about an hour, found and corrected the problem and cleaned up what little mess they had made. In El Paso, arriving on time gets them an A out of the gate and their work and price completed what I consider and excellent service call. I will definately use them again.

They were efficient, clean and made sensible recommendations about the work to be performed. They even checked an additional halogen fixture at no charge after they had been paid for the above.
