Usa Doors & Garage

I had consulted with another company, but when he arrived to look at the springs he said he could not handle those particular springs and advised me to call someone else.

I then called USA Doors & Garage. They had no problem handling the job.

The technician arrived about an hour late.  After waiting for 30 minutes I called to see if they were still coming to do the work.

The lady apologized for not letting me know.  She called and checked with the technician and let me know that he was running late.  She gave me an estimated time that he would arrive and he did.

The technician (Manny) was very professional, pleasant and thorough. It took him about an hour to finish the job.  

He did an excellent job!

Very friendly gentleman and his wife. After dark call with garage door stuck open. Helped us secure the house and diagnosed the problem. Was very prompt the next morning with parts and reasonable rates.

He provided these services for my tenants at a property that I manage.

Showed up quickly, but said he did NOT have the springs.  After we told him his office said he would complete the job, he admitted he did have them.  He got oil everywhere, and did NOT clean up the mess he made.  We also felt overcharged.

They arrived within 30 m inutes of the scheduled time, calling while enroute to confirm their arrival.
The work was thoroughly and quickly completed . The work site was cleaned to eliminate any debris which would puncture tires

After trying to replace some of the panels, they told us to let them know if we weren't satisfied and they could take them apart and replace the doors altogether. They eventually decided they couldn't salvage the doors and they would have to install new garage doors entirely. He spent a lot of time trying to get the best options together for us. They were great to work with and we are happy with their work.

Arrived on time to do estimate of work and went to work to correct my initially reported faults.
Inspection of doors found two additional developing problems.
He proposed a repair, indicated the costs which I agreed too.
Work was quickl qnd thougoughly completed.
Worksite was thoroughly cleaned up.

It went ok! He came and fixed the problem in about 20min, and that was it! He came when he said he would.

I somehow managed to close the garage door just as I started to back out of the garage, bumped the door enough to damage two panels so that the door could no longer operate - and I had an important appointment that Saturday afternoon. Several companies advertised 24 hour emergency service, but did not answer the phone. USA had an operator who took details at 10 am, and said a repair team would be there between 11:30 and noon. The team actually arrived at 12:20, and they went straight to work, fixed the door - it looks like new outside - and were on their way in 35 minutes! The two were most pleasant, and repairman Manny made me feel much better with his accounts of some of the other garage door damage that he's seen. I certainly hope that I will not need their services again, but I would not hesitate to call USA Doors and Garage again!
