Larry was very courteous and polite on the phone. Went out of his way to arrive 30 minutes earlier than he usually starts his business day, in order to accomodate a time contraint I had. Was meticulous in his care of my home, protecting the corners of my walls from his hoses/steam lines, as well as assuring there was no overspray on my wood flooring. Worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself entirely. I was so pleased with his work, that he is returning next week to clean my tile flooring.
