He is a great worker and his workers do good work.  Everyone always comments on how beautiful my pool looks.

Called the company on Tuesday and spoke with Jonathan. He came by the next morning as promised aroung 7:45 am. By 9:30 am problems solved. Jonathan is a true professional. He is courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. As he was working, he would explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. I've been maintaning my own pool for over 20 years and I still learned a few tricks from Jonathan.

True Blue Pool Service is the best pool service I've ever used, and I've used about 10 services over the last 20 years. Jonathan is conscientious about the job his guys do and always strives to please the customers. He responds personally to customer concerns, and will call the customer to keep him updated. Outstanding work.

I have used this company since their inception 6-7 years ago.  Always prompt and professional.  They have provided maintenance and installed new equipment and honored their work.  I have used others in the past and the services did not compare to True Blue.

This is an update from my last post on April 16, 2013. We have chosen true Blue as our pool maintenance service and we are very pleased with them. I told David (jokingly) he's like the postman no matter what the weather is he shows up. They do their best to please the customer. I have recommended them already to a friend and they love them as well.

True Blue Pool Service has always given me excellent service in cleaning and maintaining my pool.  They are very efficient and never leave a mess for me to clean up. They have a check off list that is always completed. I would recommend True Blue to everyone that wants their pool to sparkle and look like a Blue Lagoon. My friends have always commented on how awesome my pool looks.

They are by far the best in town.  I had tried others and they didn't work out.  Then I found True Blue and have never had an issue.  They are on time and they do an awesome job.  I would recommend them to everyone.

,The serviceman  (David) Comes on Monday around 11:am, usually plus or minus 30 minutes. He has a check list of activities that he performs , it includes 8 different items ( skim pool,Vacuum pool,clean filter basket,clean skimmer baskets,Filter P.S.I.,Backwash when needed,Check water Level,Brushing. Takes Chemical Readings and Records them .Adds Chemicals as required and leaves comments  on a check list that is time dated and signed by the Tech. He leaves  the signed checklist on the doorknob . I have gone back and checked his work and it has been as described on the card. I am pleased with the job that he does and would  highly recommend this company for your pool work

The best pool service in El Paso. Jonathan was very professional and did an awesome job on our pool....we can swim again! We highly recommend him and will continue to use his service!

I've been using True Blue Pool Service for the last 4 years. Jonathan and his team do an excellent job. They open the pool each year, clean it weekly while open, shut it down in the fall, and clean it biweekly in the winter. They maintain all of the equipment and replace parts as needed.
When Jonathan started maintaining my pool, I asked him what I needed to do. He replied, "Just keep it full of water." He provides all of the needed chemicals.
I have used 5 pool service providers over the last 20 years, dropping each when they failed to do a satisfactory job. In True Blue, I have finally found the best.

They are great!  They are always here when they said they are going to be here.  They always do a good job.  If I am not happy with something they have done, they come back so they are really, really good on what they do.  They also see things that maybe happening to my pool or the pumps.  They do not tell me that I have to do anything, but they recommend which makes me feel better.  I am not being bullied into something.  Their service is just nice.  If I have questions on billing, they can break things down and explain it to me.  They just do an excellent job.  I started using them maybe two years ago.  They are always friendly.  Their service price changes.  During summer, it cost me about 150$ a month.  They come weekly.  In winter time, they come every other week so my pricing is cut in half, so it is 75$.  I recommended them to others.  They were actually recommended to me too.
