Overall, it sucked.  Telephone calls were not returned, promised dates of work were not honored and customer service was virtually nonexistent.  The repairs were never completed.

Lots of rocks and tar scraped off originally. A bit noisy, but they cleaned up well and took all materials removed with them. Rest of job went very smoothly, almost didn't know they were here.

"Top Notch Exteriors" defintely are a top notch, in our book! They were professional, on time, excellent workmanship, and so much more. We were blown away with the workmanship on the windows and front door. They had to go through large river rock to replace the front door and a couple of the windows that were in the oldest section of our home. The had to remove stucco and rock work to replace some old, old windows and a very small front door. After the Stucco and Paint team were done. You could hardly tell they had repaired and repainted the stucco. The paint even matched the existing house paint which is not exactly new. In over twenty years of living in El Paso, by far this company has been the best to date, and NO SURPRISES! I have recommended this company to several friends and I will use them again.

David - sales person was very responsive; had trouble getting right paint color, but they worked hard to ensure we were happy. Showed up on-time, worked diligently, cleaned up their mess, and removed trash. Overall good, professional work.
