Tom's appliance came and replaced my sub-zero freezer blower motor, cleaned out the refrigerator drain, cleaned out my Kitchen Aid dishwasher drain and pump filter, and replaced the water filter and cleaned out my Scotsman Icemaker. They were here exactly on time and completed all the tasks including clean up in 35 minutes!

Thomas and I spoke on the phone and he agreed to go to my mom's home that day and he got there just as promised. My mom is elderly and has a caretaker so they were the ones who actually met Thomas but they had no complaints and he was professional and easy to talk to on the hone.

Tom's Appliance is very efficient. He knows what he is doing and he is very knowledgeable. I find him very honest and trustworthy. He came and diagnosed the old refrigerator as being bad so I went and bought a new one and he went and picked it up and installed it. He is not the cheapest in price but his quality of work is excellent.

The guy was great, showed up exactly on time, he was polite and he fixed it. He called the next day to see if I used it and it was working. You don't get many that call and follow up. He was professional and he took care of the problem and it works perfectly now. He is top notch.
