He is very reasonable. The only problem is that it takes him like a day or so to get back to you. People who have used him once then he will the only plumber that they want to use. So they call him immediately when they need him there. He is so responsible that he works all day because of that he answer the phone immediately but will eventually get back to you. He will always tell you upfront if he is held up somewhere.
