On Tue my wife
accompanied my daughter to see Pedro Natividad Jr, APN FNP for a
respiratory/throat illness that required medical attention. My wife was there at my daughter’s
request. I was not with my wife but she
later related to me what happened during the visit. At one point Mr. Natividad suggested to my
daughter that she should have a pap smear done.
My wife asked if this was advisable even though my daughter had never
had sexual relations. Mr Natividad
answered that he thought so. After Mr
Natividad left the examination room my wife stepped out into the hall and asked
another member of your staff, whose name I cannot recall, for references so
that she could look up more information on the applicability of pap smears in
the context of my daughter’s situation.
After Mr. Natividad learned that my wife had made this informational
request he became extremely agitated and started screaming at my wife that she
should leave and that he did not appreciate her speaking badly of him behind
his back. His screams could be heard
throughout the clinic even reaching my daughter who at this time was in the
bathroom. My wife kept asking Mr.
Natividad what was wrong and also to calm down and talk about what had bothered
him, but he would not listen and kept screaming for her to leave.
My wife related the
incident to me later that day and we went back to the clinic to talk to Mr.
Natividad and get an explanation for his behavior. What he basically told me
was that any question should have been directed at him and not at one of his
colleagues. When I told him that short of my wife insulting him personally, he
had no right to behave so unprofessionally, he told me that I had a good point
and then started asking me and my wife to leave or he would call the police. My wife was reduced to tears as she had been
earlier in the day. She had always had a
good relationship with Mr. Natividad and had sought him out specifically to be
her primary medical provider. At this point she felt betrayed and confused that
he could react so unprofessionally and rudely.

On both occasions, I was seen by Pete Natividad, NP. It was my choice to see the Nurse Practitioner and I was not disappointed. NP Natividad is experienced, knowledgeable, sharp and professional. He also takes the caring approach that I come to expect with Nurse Practitioners. He is a patient advocate, takes time to listen and to educate me on the options. The staff is friendly and the wait is not too long. I can't get an appointment today or tomorrow usually but I can get in within 2-3 days at this clinic. I would recommend them to anyone who lives in the Northeast.

Everything went exceptionally well.

Everything went good, except for the shots.

I explained my symptoms of pain to Dr. Martinez, and she quickly set about getting me referrals for MRI's and ultra sound to determine the cause of the pain. Her referral of my case to Dr. Boone confirmed her supposition that the pain involved a pinched nerve. Her recommendations, based on these findings, proved beneficial to me. The pain has diminished to a considerable degree without my having to take any medications for pain. Dr. Martinez has set me on the road to what hopefully will prove to be nearly complete recovery. I also appreciate the fact that both she and her staff are punctual, thorough, courteous and effective. She does not make me sit in the waiting room for hours on end, as is the custom of too many doctors these days. Dr. Martinez gave me her full attention without rushing; yet, she is able to have her office staff schedule visits so that patients are seen within a very reasonable time.

I have been using them for the past 30 years. I have a lot of faith in my doctor, and he gives me really good service, and he always knows what is going on with me and he knows how to treat me, he is also a very kind and caring person, and he also takes the time, to talk to me and explain to me about what is going on, and when I call, in the office about a question, he gets back to me. I don't always get right in to see him.

I arrived a little late, but they were very friendly and got me in within 5 minutes. A nurse came in an did a preliminary examination. She was very helpful and listened to all of my concerns. Then the doctor came in and addressed each and every one of my concerns. I felt like they cared about me.

I have asthma and excessive daytime sleepiness and I needed to find a new primary care physician. I meet Dr. Saenz and we worked very well together immediately. He was great working with me and explaining our next course of action for my asthma. They were great at accommodating my schedule, and insurance for any testing and provided me with additional resources for recommended vaccines.

They are great, he has a great personality, they have great customer service, they do great follow ups, they don't have a long wait time and its easy to get appointments.
