When we had the gates made for the yard they looked great and worked really well. We liked the work and hired David to make closet doors for our bedroom. The doors do not match, but because most don't realize it, we settled on them. The rest of the doors have been a constant problem and no matter how many times we called and they came to the house every door has major issues. We have actually been looked in our own house because none of the doors work correctly! The front door hinge fell off within weeks which they came and repaired. Unfortunately, the handle is constantly stuck and requires weekly repair. The back door has never worked because the knob is too close to the wall and the windows cannot be washed because of the poor design. David did fix the window so it can be washed, but the replacement window swings when you open and close the door, often hitting people. We have had him back repeatedly to find a way to keep the window open, but he has never found a way to fix it. After months, we replaced the door to avoid injury. The sliding door has never worked, was installed badly, and is being replaced. It won't open, rusts shut and has "screen" that is so dark and heavy which they refused to replace with lighter and more practical screen that we originally requested. The French doors never had screens (we live in the Upper Valley and need screens) as we ordered and we gave up. We have another company making the screens as David LIED to me and told me they had the screens made and ready to deliver. They never were made and we finally gave up. I fired David after I caught him in the lie by text and his response was to "tell on me" by texting my husband. He actually tried to tell me the sliding door didn't work because I was a bad housekeeper! No amount of WD-40 or cleaning and sanding has helped. This company has no business being in business. The doors are beautiful, but they don't function.Who needs doors that don't open?!!!
