Very well. Will hire them again.

Came twice- first time to determine what was wrong, second time to complete repair. Both times, he was in and out in about 20 Minutes.

The gentleman came to check on the problem the day we called his service. He provided an estimate for the parts and work. He came the next day to make the repairs. He worked quickly and was very courteous. The bill presented matched the estimate quoted.

My appliance broke and that’s when they had to come.  So it had been a problem for me.  They came right away and on the same day.  They did the job promptly but it didn’t hold.  So then my house flooded because it didn’t hold.  That to me is not a real good service.  They did it temporarily and then it broke.  So that’s how it all came out.  Their pricing was fair.  I will not use their services again in the future.  I tried to contact them on a Saturday morning and they said that they don’t work on weekends.  That’s when water was going everywhere in my house and so it was kind of an emergency by then, but they said they couldn’t come out.

Good response on the day of call.  Did not have the part, though, so had to return the following day.  Very happy with them.

Called Monday morning and was told to expect someone between 2 & 4 in the afternoon.
Repairman called and said he was in the neighborhood at 1 o'clock and showed up ten minutes later.  The young repairman, Junior, diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part and was gone in about an hour.  What was impressive beyond all that was that he was locally trained at Western Tech.  I'm a supporter and fan of Angie's List.
