Texas Modern Improvement

The project went wonderfully. They laid down black paper to protect the floor and cleaned up as they worked so the dust didn't go all over the house. Tim spent time explaining everything he was doing and checked as he installed the tiles to ensure everything was level. His workers, Don, Rick and TJ were very careful and precise with their work, preparing the wall for the installation of the tile, moving the electricity, cable, calking and painting where needed and installing the new lights. My husband and I are thrilled beyond words with the result.

All the work was done on time and everything turned out better than we could have expected AND this company actually cleans up everything to perfection.

His crew is very attentive to detail and keeps the area clean, and is quick, no waiting endlessly for them to complete the work. I plan on hireling them to paint the interior of my house in the spring of 2017

It is my sincere pleasure to be the first Angie?s List member to submit Texas Modern Improvement. 
They were recommended to me by a plumbing company who is on Angie?s List and uses them often.
If you need Tile Work, and need a good reputable company, look no further. This company is great and here are the reasons why:
1) Laura answered the phone and was my initial interaction with the company. She was friendly, promptly scheduled my appointment. She is professional and has a good attitude.
2)  Mr.Porras (the owner) came over and provided me with a reasonable estimate. He listened to my concerns about my tile and came up with a plan. He too is friendly, professional, and makes sure that his company maintains good
quality control. He inspects his jobs after they are completed to insure customer satisfaction. That?s a wow factor.
 
3) Work was done by Ricky and Rene. They (per Mr. Porras) placed cloth tarps on my wood flooring to protect it. They cleaned up after their work, and kept me informed as to what they were doing. They did a great job.
4)  This business belongs to The Better Business Bureau, where it maintains an A+rating.
5) They are bonded and insured.
6)  They are EPA Lead Certified Team
As I understand it, they do many other times of work, such as bathroom and kitchen remodeling, replacement of windows,
general remodeling, roof repairs, room additions, stucco repairs, landscape and tree service, concrete, and rock walls. They have 20 years experience.
In conclusion, if you want to have your tile repaired and done well, Texas Modern Improvement is the company to hire.
