Terminix - El Paso -Termite & Pest Control

We called them to get a second bid. The rep searched the house, found no evidence of an infestation and told us that the termites we'd seen were not the kind that generally gets into houses, so it wasn't something that he would recommend treatment for. (Unlike our first bidder who wanted to charge us $3k to protect our house). He did the inspection for free and suggested we do it again in a year just to be safe. I was very happy with these guys.

If there are signs of pests between scheduled times, all we have to do is call and they are there usually by the next day. Very Satisfied.

We spend $170 a year.  We like them.  We use them in Virginia Beach and we've kept that contract for several years.  The entire 3 years that we've been here, the kind of experience we've had with our home in Virginia Beach, we've just stayed with the same company for our home here in El Paso.

Their prices are reasonable for the work, the quality is top of the line and they are here when they say they will.  The people are top of the line and I will absolutely use Terminix again.

As I stated in the above paragraph Terminex did an outstanding job!!!  When they were finished they cleaned up everything cleaner than when they started.  The estimate was correct and when the job was done the cost was exactely the estimate.  The complete job comes with a two year guarantee and if you want to continue the guarantee you can for an estimated fee.

They come out quarterly and they are excellent.  They are always here when they say they are going to be here.  I've had a couple of times when I had to cancel and there was no problem rescheduling.  I've used them for years.  I have no bugs.  If there is something that needed attention, they take care of it.  Last time I had ant problem and they attended to that.  They do what they say.  There's always a window but usually they arrive closer to the beginning of the window and then to the end of the window which is good.  If they say they are here between 10:00 and 12:00, generally they are here close to 10:00 than 12:00.  They are pretty prompt.  Some people might think that the price is a lot more but I don't because I pay for three months.

At first, if you don't think you need an exterminator, but you live in El Paso, you do. I've used them for termites and sugar ants, but other than that, I haven't had any other problems because I use them regularly.
