My experience overall has went very well. Norma is great at cutting hair. The pricing is very reasonable. I would recommend them to others.

I usually call the Mesa location and ask if Myrna is working. If yes, I try to get an appointment with her. Myrna does a great job, does EXACTLY what I want (and quot;just trim the ends, bangs, and/or layer a littleand quot;). She is friendly, fast, and I am very happy with her service. Whenever I go to a and quot;fancyand quot; salon, I usually get my hair chopped off way too short, after this, it takes an eternity to style, and when I go home...I put my head under the shower and wait, until my hair is long enough to go back to Myrna.Myrna gives a great haircut, and I can just shake my hair and let it air-dry and it looks good without styling. THIS makes a good cut!

It is a walk in place where you put your name on a list and then I waited until they got to me. They have a lot of people working. I used them 3, 4 or 5 times and I was happy each did I used them. I got a nice cut for a very reasonable price. The quality was always more than satisfactory but there is always room for improvement. The punctuality depends on the day. Certain days you have to wait a while, but it has never been more than 20 minutes.
