Chantelle made the initial phone contact, once I made the request through Angie’s App. Chantelle was a please to work with, compassionately professional, best describes my experience. Keith and Israel were the men who moved my possessions and they both were extremely professional, quick, organized, and efficient. Thanks to all staff members .

Horrible horrible experience with this company. If I could take it all back I would they do a lousy job. They play around well on the job they take cigarette breaks well on the job. While I m paying them hourly they damaged my furniture they took their sweet time there was three men or should I say boys And they would carry things that I said not to carry because itâ  s something I could do all I wanted was them to take heavy shit they wouldnâ  t listen they would pick up one pillow take it to the truck come back pick another pillow one thing at a time I understand they get paid hourly and thats probably how they make their money but come on that was ridiculous. It was horrible experience. If you need movers, please do not get them.

We moved at the end of March 2023 and we had an appointment but they showed up two hours late. We asked for a discount for the inconvenience but they told us we couldnâ t because we already had a discount. So whatever we dropped it but when we got to our new home while they were unloading our things they broke multiple items! One of the drivers told us he could fix it but obviously it would look the same so we called their customer service and said we could do a claim.so we did but on the form it said it could take 90 days which we thought was ridiculous.we calculated $720 for all the items damaged finally they sent us a settlement offer but it was for a lousy $34!! Saying because we didnâ t get extra insurance this place sucks and I highly recommend you donâ t do business with this place if you care about your things!! I wish I had used someone else but oh well lesson learned.

Super Good Movers had an experienced crew that worked hard. They were professional, fast, and practiced safe techniques when moving our furniture. Great work.

Super Good Movers damaged furniture, mishandled fragile items such as wall mounted paintings and damaged large appliances (Maytag washer and dryer) in the course of managing a relatively short (3 miles) household goods move within the city of El Paso, TX. Additionally, Super Good Movers ignored repeat emails to their customer service department on numerous occasions. Last, after finally sending over an appraiser to asses the damage to the furniture and household goods, they subsequently refused to honor the appraisers estimate and offered a cash settlement that would be considered paltry by any standard. As a military veteran, I am quite familiar with household moves as a result of receiving PCS orders to a new Naval base. During such moves, I have NEVER had such a bad experience with any moves as I have had with Super Good Movers.

Good work but timeliness was a small problem

Super Good Movers is a terrible company that should not be in business. DO NOT USE THEM LEARNED FROM MY EXPERIENCE. I hired them to move and store our belongings from El Paso, TX to San Antonio, TX. Four employees showed up and by mid-day one left. Loading the household items went decent as expected. However, they ran out of shrink wrap, paper, and blankets before the end of day 2. They came in with a truck a little bigger than half the size of a full-size semi-truck to load. The owner originally estimated a full-size semi-truck. By the end of the second day, they had to bring in a second truck, a miscalculated truck space. All this time they never inventoried the items they loaded. I later requested an inventory list but was given the runaround. I would call the owner but he never answered so I started communicating with the scheduler who originally scheduled our move and requested this information from her. They never got back to me regarding the inventory list. After one month I requested our household items to be delivered. The day was Oct. 2nd, 2-3 days later than what they had originally scheduled. Some of our items were old but in very good to excellent condition the last time we saw them before being loaded. Their semi-truck came in about half full and the other half was for another customer. At the end of the day (October 2), our refrigerator, TVs, Peloton bike, partials of our sofas, and bedroom sets were never delivered and many other items were missing. Many of the unloaded items including boxes were damaged to some degree, furniture scratched, nightstand feet broken and I can go on and on. Our 4-drawer file cabinet was damaged to where I could not even open the top and bottom drawers. In our new house, some walls were damaged and wood floors scratched throughout the rooms. This was the third time we moved intrastate. The first 2 times the companies were very professional, inventoried everything, and knew what they were doing when handling the furniture, etc. Super Go...

Very good communications prior to the move

Admin staff and movers were very friendly and professional. Movers were prompt efficient, professional and handled all my furniture and boxes with care. They securely wrapped my TV'sand furniture. Awesome job, I would definitely hire them again!

I loved them. Will hire again. They are very professional 3 mother showed up to pack our house and move it. Nothing was damaged. I will hire again in the future.

We had a business agreement with David (the owner) and the company about 6 months ago. After fulfilling our end of the agreement, David started ignoring us and still owes us a substantial amount of money. He does not answer his cell when he sees it is us calling and when we call from a number he does not recognize, he hangs up once we tell him who we are.

The four guys that helped me move extremely heavy items had a great attitude. Worked so hard and accomplished all the work I asked them in less then two hours. I would highly recommend them. They where very professional!
