Joaquin was very prompt and professional when performing the measurements for the estimate. He took almost a week to respond with the estimate amount, though. After I decided to get the work done, it took over a week to get a call back. However, once the work got started, I was impressed. His workers did a great job. Their part of the wall looks much better than the original wall! They also repaired a couple of spots on my original wall that had sharp protrusions without me even asking. When the work was complete, clean up was thorough.
