Have used Tom and Norma several times for appliance repairs. Always prompt, professional, courteous and fairly priced. Excellent troubleshooting skills in determining and solving problems. Would not trust anyone else with home appliances. Would give 10 Stars if I could.

Outstanding professionalism! Same day service and had the part on hand for my Samsung dryer. Not only did he fix it, but gave me pointer to prevent it from happening again. I would recommend him to anyone and would not hesitate to have him repair any other appliances in my house.

Very honest business, he was in able to complete the repair because it was LG specific type of repair. He informed me that he did not have the tools to remove the part and said no charge for the visit. Recommend that I call the manufacturers hot line and have them set up an appointment. He is always going to be my first call!
