Everything went great. I checked the price of the filter online and I don't think that I could have gotten a better price. I just wish that I had done it years earlier.

We hired Sparklean Pool Service to do the start up on our pool after new plaster. We were out of town the majority of the time they were working on the pool, but it seems that the job was done correctly. My complaint is that they were supposed to come twice a day, and we have no way to know if they actually did that. I wish they had left a receipt or a checklist to let us know when they were there and what was done.

Mr. Valenzuela promptly returned my call and we scheduled a next day appointment for him to come by to assess my situation. He was right on time (in fact, a few minutes early). I had a previous estimate of over $1500 for repair. Mr. Valenzuela discovered the leak was in an old "whip line" return not even being used anymore. He simply adjusted the valves and problem solved!! He saved me over $1500 because of his knowledge and honesty. He was at my house for about 45min and even refused to accept payment for coming out and figuring this out for me! His crew also does an excellent job providing weekly pool service, cleaning, adjusting chemicals, filter service, etc. Everyone is very respectful, timely, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Sparkleen Pool!!!

Although our filter was already cleaned this year by my husband and disconnected for winterizing, they performed a cleaning per their yearly schedule. I would have liked to have been contacted about this prior, in order for my husband to make them aware it was already cleaned and save the $80 fee. Last year when we began monthly service shortly after their yearly filter cleaning, we experienced an algae attack which could have been avoided if the serviceman had remembered to check the system since we became a client after their yearly cleanings. Otherwise, we've not experienced any unsatisfactory issues with this company and are pleased with the pool cleanings.

Very professional . Gabriel visited and  did the first clean followed by a technician visit . What a great service, the pool is sparkling.

Love Gabriel.  Comes exactly when he says he will and does a great job. Very courteous and professional and will even let me charge services on my credit card!

After my failed attempts to scrub the algae off the wall of my pool, which was the result of poor maintenance of my preivious pool service guy, Gabriel from Sparklean came in and assessed my situation.  He was very knowledgeable and  responsive in getting my problem fixed.  After trying to get his team to scrub the algae, his advice was to drain the pool and power wash the algae off.  I was reluctant at first but it was a good decision because my pool is "Sparklean" clean now and I am so thankful to Gabriel for his patience and great attitude in getting the job done..

I called this provider to schedule and said they were not taking any new customers on the east side of El Paso.  I clarified whether they meant for this week or this month and they said neither, they do not have anyone to come out and provide services on the east side, only west El Paso.  I do not know whether they provide good service or not but they flat out refused to send anyone out to my house.  Maybe they provide good service but to deny customers service because they don't have enough staff tells me there is a lack of capital and overall poor business decisions.

Just hired this company to clean my pool while I have renters in it. They have cleaned the pool once for me already. They did a good job cleaning the pool and I think their prices are reasonable at $30 per cleaning and $80 for a filter service. They found I some damaged filter screens and ordered new ones and them installed in two days. I paid about $15 per screen and $30 for labor. The whole repair job was quick and thorough. I would recommend this company if they have available slots on their schedule.

Overall service was done very well and timely. Basic pool service and filter replacements - all done very well.

I am very pleased with Sparklean Pool service.  I switched because I wanted a more thorough pool service than what I was currently paying for.  Gabriel has been a very committed and professional service provider.  He is prompt when I contact him or when issues arise that delay his arrival a short text or phone call follows.  He explained very clearly what his company provides and stands 100% by his work. The pool is super clean after this team finishes.  Even when a lot of dust settles on the bottom they manage to get it all and leave it perfect.   I would highly recommend Sparklean Pool service to anyone who is in the market for pool service or seeks high quality work.  I wish him the best and that his business continues to grow with quality employees.

I had never owned a pool before buying my house last year.  I have seen countless commercials about Angies List and I decided to become a member. The first service I needed was a pool maintenance company. I saw the listing for Sparklean Pools and I called. A young man named Gabriel answered and we discussed his services and prices. I didn't hire him because I needed to talk to other companies and I found Gabriel's prices to be lower than others. I called Gabriel back and hired him.
My pool was extremely dirty and my neighbor's leaves were in my pool. I thought it was past saving the water and I saw  how Gabriel and his assistant quickly worked on clearing the water. I absolutely enjoy having a clean pool all the time now. His assistant comes every Thursday  to maintain the pool. I was impressed with Gabriel and his assistant's professionalism. I recommend Sparklean Pools to anyone who needs help with their pool.

I found Gabriel on Angie's list with a 20% discount for a one time cleaning. I got a quote for a quick vacuuming. He came out Thursday and saw that my pool needed a little more work than the vacuuming. The water was clear but the bottom dirt was thick. He did not have his waste hose so he had to come back Friday, but he honored his original quote, despite the extra work. He also included shock in his price. Overall he did a great job. He let himself in to service the pool Friday and billed me conveniently over the phone. I will definitely use him again.

I need a dedicated professional to service the pool and I have tried several other pool services in the area, but always disappointed. Gabriel was very responsive to email and phone communication, he also sent pictures before and after services. He is always prompt and courteous and I would recommend his services!

The pool person was named Gabriel and he was professional and knew what he was talking about.  When he cleaned the pool it looked like a good job so no complaints.  Very easy to work with.  I will continue to use him being my last pool person never answered his cell or gave much assistance.

Gabe was very professional and punctual.  I had called him  because I am renting my house out and needed to find a pool service to maintain the pool.  I needed the pool winterized i.e. cleaned, covered, chemicals in water, and filter and pump  prepared for winter.  Gabe came out when he said he would.  I purchased the cover from him at a reasonable price (I think).  Initially the cover did not fit, but he promptly ordered another one and came out and took care of things.  I would recommend this young man to anyone that needs pool service.
