Sparklean Maids

Made appointment for service to be performed in 10 days. Credit card charged in-full on the day service was scheduled. Appointment cancelled three days later. After credit card charge was discovered, a series of phone calls to work out a refund for services not performed has been met with put-offs, and now my phone calls from two different phone numbers over the course of several weeks have gone unanswered and are forwarded to an alternate number with a "full mailbox" so a message cannot be left. No one has called to resolve this issue of them receiving payment for services not rendered. They claim that they record all phone calls and I have asked to listen to said phone call where appointment was made and where they claim that they told me that I would be charged in-full with no opportunity for refund should the appointment be cancelled (the company had one week to schedule another customer in the vacated time-slot). That has not been forthcoming. Meanwhile, they sit on my money. No ethic. No integrity.

They never showed or closed to explain why they did not show. Terrible customer service.
