It seems to be in El Paso every contractor can do everything. But that is simply not true. Smith and RAMIREZ were timely, clean expeditious, and thorough. They know roofs. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The Smith and Ramirez roofers were outstanding. They were friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the job done right. The project began a few days late because another of their projects got unexpectedly extended. However, they kept me informed of when they’d be starting with my project. Alex Ramirez was easy to work with and understood our needs. The quality of the work was worth the price.

The whole project took a few weeks to be complicated, more than we expected. They started mid December and the holidays and bad weather made this proyect to take a little longer but, at the and we were very happy with the results, the roof looks great, they also installed a very nice pipes (vents) that makes the work look great!!! I am glad I chose Smith and Ramirez Roofing, this being the third roof replacement in 34 years, it was the best job of all three roof jobs. Shawn Mann took care of explaining the GAF roofing process and he made sure all of the my requests were taken care of. The end result was a neat and beautiful roof replacement job with extra details that I had not seen on my roof or other roofs. They have hard working roofers that did a great job during these three digit temperature days. I will surely recommend this company whenever anyone asks me or if someone needs a roof job!

Veena with Smith & Ramirez was awesome to work with. She helped us through the insurance process, answered all our questions and concerns, and kept us updated on the project. The end result is beautiful. Neighbors and strangers have complimented us on the workmanship.
