Everything was perfect. They were prompt and professional. The shutters were repaired and they looked like new. The stain matching was perfect. We were under a deadline to move out of the rental house and they even accomodated me to get everything done in time. I thought that the price was a little high, but I had already done a little research on buying the parts to do it myself and they were not cheap. Overall I am very satisfied and feel that I got and excellent product at a fair price.
