Very courteous and professional Arrived when scheduled.  Installed new water heater and cleaned up afterwards.  All in all a good job.  However, water heater failed within first year of installation.  The water heater was replaced under warranty however Sharp did charge labor for the replacement.

They came unprepared by not bringing their own supplies they knew they would need. They made a huge water mess over half of the garage, damaging sheetrock, boxes and leaving 3 electrical appliances sitting in water. They didn't even have a wet vac to clean it up. The owners showed up and couldn't even speak to us, much less apologize.

This is the second time I've used this company. My experience was just as good as the first time. I called for an appointment on July 29th and was setup for the next day. The techs showed up fifteen minutes early. I showed them where everything was and explained some concerns then had to go to work. My wife was home while they were working. The tech called me about 2 hours letting me know they were done and what they did. Basically they only needed to perform routine maintenance and replace one part that was going bad. The cost was very reasonable and I noticed a difference in my air conditioning so performance. Also the slight musty smell we had was gone. Great job again. I would recommend.

Hot water heater was leaking over the weekend of course 3/22/2014. Contacted several company's listed on Angies List. Most were not available or could not perform the work soon enough. Talked to Ernie at Sharp and he was very knowledgable and friendly and got a quote. The quote was in line and decided to go with them. They showed up promptly on Monday morning 3/24/2014 as told. The techs, Charlie and Victor, were very friendly and professional in everything the did. They were nice enough to explain everything they were doing and also pointed out a code problem with my previous install which they corrected when installing the new hot water heater. They finished in the estimated time frame and cleaned up everything. I was very satisfied with the work and would use this company again for other needs.

They arrived on time, completed the work and had the house cool by noon. This company has been our plumbing, heating, and cooling firm for almost as long as we have owned this house. With any problem or project, we call and inform them of the difficulty. They send a representative, who evaluates the problem, determines what needs to be done, offers a quote, and fixes the problem with no further difficulty. We have had nothing but positive experiences with Sharp.

I liked that they were very punctual and professional. They knew what they were doing. They were able to explain to me the problems that I had and they were able to fix them quickly and at a reasonable price in my opinion. The only thing I did not like about them was their invoicing was a little low and I had to call them and ask them to clarify some things for me. Their price was great.

I thought the price was fair. Everything went well. The staff was professional and prompt.
