I only had one issue, when the guy came to install the tile, he asked if I wanted it under or next to the trim. I wanted it underneath the trim and he did that with no extra charge, but he wouldn't put it back on. I called the owner and she apologized and said it wasn't supposed to be that way. The stone they put on the fireplace, they didn't have the right tools. They did take longer than expected. They also didn't send us the right rocks, but we went back to the factory and got the rocks we wanted. The work is fine, I just need to ask more questions.
