He came to give me a price quote at the scheduled time and i showed him the color pallet. He explained what he would do regarding the prep and how long it would take and we agreed on a price and a start date and he suggested which paint brand I purchase which he had good results with on mobile homes before. He came on the scheduled day at the expected time and started his prep work. By that afternoon he was already painting. I had to leave out of town, but he called me every day with a status update. It took a total of 3 days to complete. When I got back i was thrilled with the results. There were no thin spots where the old paint showed through, the coverage was very good and even. I did not find a single drop of paint on the ground. He had even rebuilt the pillars on the end that had worn and rotted and made them good as new at no extra cost (though I did give him extra for this). My home now looks as good as the new homes in our park and it is almost 20 years old. Rosario has since painted several more homes in the park and everyone has had only wonderful things to say about him and his work. I can't recommend him enough if you want someone who does quality work, on time, is polite and respectful and leaves an awesome finished product I highly recommend Rosario.
