MR. Romero is not only a terrific professional contractor, but most importantly, he is an honorable man. I live overseas and after a major problem with mold in my house, I had to leave all repairs to Mr. Romero, he not only communicated with me daily to thoroughly inform me of the progress, but he "fought" some battles for me in my absence. There are not enough words to thank him for his professionalism and for going "beyond the call of duty". MR. Romero cares for his reputation and for his clients and this trully reflects on the results of his work. Exelent. His cost as very comparable to other contractors and roofers. About the roof change, he communicated (with my authorisation) with my insurance company and, with his more than 20 year experience, was able to get a fair compensation from them.

The company responded immediately to stop my leak on a weekend. They returned on Monday and repaired my roof. They were very efficient and did a great job matching my roof tiles.

It was good. They did good work. They did a great job and very fast. The quality seems to be doing pretty good. There have not been any leaks so that’s always a plus. He took clean ownership of that job very, very well.

Total roof replacement. Came when they said they would and finished when they said they would. No issues, cleaned up everything daily. Mr. Romero is responsive and extremely professional.

"Dear Member I'm surprised that all this time had pass and you have not had the courtesy to remove this review I have talk to you on three different occasions to find out why you had left such annoying review. I'm more surprised Angie's List does not do anything when some one leaves a review that for one reason or another is incorrect. Hopefully You remember what were the service we provide you back in October 2015 At that time we had gone thru a second hail storm over the west side of town. Member called because he could see part of the roofing that had blown off This is a two story roof and member is a senior and he didn't know what was the damage other then what he was able to see from the ground I set up a time to meet him and did an inspection on his roof. Apparently some company had replace his roof some five years ago But he couldn't get them to go back due that they were not in business anymore He had lost a few shingles over the second story roof (Over all the roof was not in very good shape) At that time I offer him to do a temporary repair to protect roof and to give some time to insurance to do their inspection. ( I was hoping that the insurance will replace his entire roof) He called a couple of days later and stated that the insurance co had denied to pay for anything other than a repair and because of his deductible they actually didn't allow him any compensation. I offer him the services to mediate with insurance but he refused To help him out I offer him to do the repair for $ 425.00 Replace missing shingles fasten other loose ones He was very satisfied I gave him the pictures of the work involved and the final results. It was until March 10 2016 when he post this review He states that the work was completed on March, 6, 2016 He have no comments and the score given is very inconsistent However I went and talk to him personally to ask him what we had done wrong. He respond it that he got confused and thought that it was us, that recently had done some work for him. He have hire some co apparently don't remember who I ask him to please take the time to remove review He said that he will do it. It never happen Talk to him on two different occasions over the phone But he is very confused and he keep saying that he will remove it Nothing had happen and that's why I took this time to explain this situation I wish Angie's List could be more involved when situations like this happen Talk to my Rep but He Have Just Done Nothing I guess I need to talk to Angie"

At every step of the process, from our asking for an inspection to the completion of the roof replacement, I was impressed by Roger's professionalism and punctuality. I was amazed that once the work started, his crew took just 1 1/2 days to complete the job! This was a large crew and they were carefully choreographed. We were concerned that our back yard be cleaned at the end of each day; we have dogs, and they need to be able to relieve themselves. Roger's crew made sure that the yard was immaculate at the end of both days. The new roof looks great. Of course, a major home repair is always a hassle, but this was about as pleasant an experience as possible! I highly recommend Roger Romero Roofing, and I've already praised him to a neighbor who probably has similar hail damage.

Mr. Romero was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely use him again. Since I am selling my home soon, he even offered to come out and speak with an inspector if they found an issue with the roof and repair it. Very upstanding!

Excellent service, product, and craftsmanship. I could not ask for better. Forget the rest hire the best. Roger Romero is a second generation roofer. His company is not good because it is old but old because it is good. He uses high quality Owens-Corning roofing products and has an excellent color selection. We used the designer series which come with hip and ridge shingles. His employees are very responsive and excellent crafters of a well designed roof. In summary if you want high quality craftsmanship with a job built to last call Roger Romero LLC, It is done right the first time.
