He was excellent. They were very professional. Everything came together in two days. The electrician and the guy with the crane were on time. It was just an excellent situation. I got other bids and his was the best. My house is cold. It's wonderful. It has made a world of difference. I would recommend them.

I was very pleased with this company and the service they provided. I called the office on a Wednesday for an estimate. The office person said they could be out the next afternoon. I told her I work late and she said they would come out on Saturday at 9:00 am. At 8:40 on Saturday morning, I was working at my computer when I heard a truck pull up to the house. I waited for the door bell to ring but after about 5minutes, I went outside to find Mr. Beltran sitting in the truck. He got out and told me that he was waiting for 9:00 as that's what time they had promised. That said a lot. He measured for the gutters and showed me the different colors the gutters come in - it was a fairly extensive selection. He told me that he thought they could get to it as early as Tuesday or Wednesday. Mr. Beltran was extremely courteous and professional. He gave me the estimate and I agreed on the work. He also said they they could do the work without me being home, which was important to me. On Monday morning the office called and said they could start that afternoon if okay with me. I agreed. When I arrived home that evening, the gutter was in place. The job looked professional and the area was clean. The bill was for the exact amount as what was estimated. We haven't had any rain yet and so I haven't been able to evaluate the functionability. I was extremely pleased with this company and would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them.

Overall I am very please with Roger's Heating and AC and the work they did at my home in West El Paso, near Redd Road and Southwestern Drive.

Everything went very smoothly. The crew worked well inside the house and there was very little interruption of daily activities. They were puntual and very professional to work with.

I called several companies to provide estimates on conversion to central refrigerated AC and Heating and installation of rain gutters. Rogers bid was one of the lowest but also had the best warranty. Additionally, the fact that they were the most personable of those that I called gave me the impression that they were very trustworthy.

They did the work for precisely what they estimated in less time than they had origionally thought, primarily because they came in with a crew that worked continuously with few breaks. The work they performed was explained to me every step of the way and they allowed me to inspect the work they were doing.

Upon completion the walked around all of the work with me showing me everything they had done.

They came back @ 1 week later to ensure I was still happy with their work and ask if I had noticed any problems.

I would definitely use this company again and I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work.

Our gutters were falling off of the house because they were old and the welds were coming undone. So, we decided to get some estimates and got two estimates that were very expensive. The workers showed up at the time I was told and went right to work. They were extremely courteous and efficient in their work.The completed their work on time and on budget. No Surprises. I would and have/will recommend these people to all who ask.

Roger's men were the first on the scene beating all the other contractors. They were clean in the work place leaving no messes and no matter how many times you asked they still knocked before coming in. They were on location for about 2 1/2 hours and the work was well executed and the house s quite comfortable. The evaporative cooler was dumping water into the duct work which drained into the sheetrock and rusted out the duct and squirrel cage.

The service was excellent! Roger gave me a free estimate with options on two different suppliers. He highlighted the various warranty considerations and equipment specifications and gave me sufficient time to come to a decision that was best for my household. The company always promptly responded to my calls and any follow-up questions that I had. They also provided me with two references whom I contacted and who were very complimentary about their experience with the company. Roger kept all of his appointments with me and his workers arrived when scheduled and were very courteous and informative. They work was finished one day early and was conducted in a very professional manner! They also tested the air-conditioning system and advised me to call them in April before I began using it regularly so that they could check to see that it was functioning properly. I am highly satisfied with my purchase and my selection of this company for my heating and air conditioning conversion.
