They promised to come back and inspect, but never did (despite repeated phone calls). Now the roof is leaking in the exact place where they supposedly sealed it - they still will not come back to look at it (despite giving me a 2-year warranty).

I called the company to come do an estimate for hail damage to the house. We had interior and exterior damage. I asked if they would call before they came so that I could be sure I was here and they said they would. Well, I left for 15 minutes and apparently that is when they came to do the estimate. I called the company and apparently they can do estimates when no one is home, however I don't see how they could estimate the interior damage if I was not there. They sent me an estimate in the mail. I have never seen anyone from this company and they sent me an estimate, like I am supposed to trust that.Don't call these people because they do things on their on time and feel you are not important enough to talk to about your own house.
