+ -1 moreThey promised to come back and inspect, but never did (despite repeated phone calls). Now the roof is leaking in the exact place where they supposedly sealed it - they still will not come back to look at it (despite giving me a 2-year warranty).

+ -1 moreI called the company to come do an estimate for hail damage to the house. We had interior and exterior damage. I asked if they would call before they came so that I could be sure I was here and they said they would. Well, I left for 15 minutes and apparently that is when they came to do the estimate. I called the company and apparently they can do estimates when no one is home, however I don't see how they could estimate the interior damage if I was not there. They sent me an estimate in the mail. I have never seen anyone from this company and they sent me an estimate, like I am supposed to trust that.Don't call these people because they do things on their on time and feel you are not important enough to talk to about your own house.
Description of Work: Flat Roof and shingled roof needs to be completely replaced. Interior damaged to be fixed as well.
