Rockwall Repair Company

Company masons showed up on 3 consecutive days in July 2014 and partially restored rock wall as agreed by contract. Workers left equipment on last day and promised to return to complete remaining work which required mortaring approximately 35% of the reconstructed wall.
 When the workers never returned owner Armando Saucedo stated by phone that he was unaware that the job was incomplete and would have workers return to complete the job that afternoon. Never happened. He made another broken promise a week later. Our property management company representative  contacted him and got the same promise which was broken. In the meantime his worker returned to pick up the left behind equipment saying he had no instructions to complete the work.
 The company has been paid in full by an insurance settlement. Rockwall Repair Company has failed to completely honor their contract. The owner has repeatedly failed to honor his promises to complete the job or to refund the estimated $300 needed to complete the repair.
 In addition to  not completing the repair this company failed to clean up cement debris left at the work site. Owner claims that he is recommended by the City of El Paso and is a Navy veteran.

We got them off Angie's List. The experience was very good. They were prompt in returning the phone calls. They actually had come out in November knowing that we didn't have the money to do it right then. They came back out to make sure they know exactly what we wanted to do. They were very professional. They brought the equipment like cement mixer and everything. They came right about four guys and took two days to do 100-foot wall. They have given us an estimate to do the same work on other block walls as well.

Wall was constructed 28 years ago and had started losing cement. The company owner was at the jobsite overseeing his workers throughout the day. Performances were beyond expectations.

Rockwall grout had deteriorated due to age, not damage. Mr. Saucedo was one of several that I called for an estimate. He showed up on time for the estimate, was friendly and courteous.....and business like. I told him that his price was higher than the other two estimates that I had received and he adjusted his price somewhat. He was still the highest, but he was licensed and bonded and guaranteed his work. He gave me an estimate in writing. This was on Friday. On Saturday I called to schedule the work. He said that they would be here on Monday about 8:30 a.m. They were here about 9:00. Everything was completed by about 4:00 p.m. the same day! Wonderful experience. Beautiful job.Highly recommend!
