The quality of work was great. You pay for what you get.

Overall the experience was just fine. We would call his main number and get an answering machine, but he called back in a reasonable period of time. The other electricians that we called also answered their calls with an answering machine, so that seems to be the norm in this area.

We had to order the switch online. He is very knowledgable and I usually hire him about once a month to do some work for me.

Robert calls and comes when he says going to be here. Does the work and takes his time and cleans up as well. Went into the attic which is a mere crawl space. He never complains and he's very pleasant and professional.

He is wonderful and he really knows his work. I would hire him again. He was very neat and knowledgeable. We also spoke to him about some other projects that we want to get done. He is thorough and he knows what he is doing. I thought that the work was reasonably priced and the price was very fair. He did call me too. He is never late and is always on time. In fact, he comes 15 to 30 minutes early. He comes out when he is supposed to which is very rare these days. It’s one of the best services I have ever had. I have had some horrible experiences with others but Robert Ayala is superior.

Arrived at the appointed time and repaired a security light in the back yard that was not working. Installed 3 ceiling fans in the house, set the control on each one for a different frequency so they would work independently. Explained the correct use and left the rooms without a trace of the work. Very professional and great to work with.
