Roberto was timely with a response, quote and completion of the job. Javier worked hard, made a few requested changes without complaint and cleaned up after himself. The quality of the work excellent and price fair. I highly recommend Resco and will definitely use them again. They repaired my flagstone steps, rock firepit and rock retaining wall.

Restored my faith in construction work. Very professional., punctual,and provided superior results. Fair pricing. Job was to restore eroded cement fillers in large brick flower beds and replace the rock fillers. They left the yards in perfect condition and helped me tremendously !

Different height for adjacent stones, use of baseball-size and c-shaped stones and straight-line parallel patterns. Root cause is a lack of self-imposed quality control (i.e., must inspect and correct before continuing), which forces the customer to point out obvious problems from an earlier phase of the project. This is problematic when you are working with stone and mortar, as removal and reinstallation is a big job. Would not rehire for flagstone.

He didn't show up on the date scheduled because he went to a wedding and his flight was canceled. He didn't call to advice, we had to call him. Otherwise he was okay.
