Absolutely the WORST company I have ever done business with! The owner or who says is the owner, Ramon J Pagan, is a complete liar and very rude . He told us the repair was going to be a certain price and when they handed the invoice out, it charged a completely different amount. When I called him to give an explanation of why the invoice was a different price of what it was stated at the beginning, he just keep giving excuses and said that the the excess of charge was made for material (2 pcs if rubber that don’t even cost $10 and a pair of gloves) he couldn’t even provide a detail invoice so just made up what ever he wanted to charge. Do NOT make business with these people if you don’t want to get scammed.

This contract was set up through my home warranty. ABSOLUTELY the WORST!! Raymond is the one who I spoke to on the phone. He is condescending, rude, and completely unprofessional. This is a nickel a dime type company. All he wants is for you to pay more and more. Do not use them. His word is absolutely useless and his own words were, "I'm in the business of making money."

They were referred. I paid $50 for them to come out. They give discounts if you are military or police. I would use them again and I have.

They were very professional. They showed up on time and did the job very quickly.Reliable Plumbing was great, but I was not very happy with the service I received from Lowe's. However, there is no choice but to use them as they have no competition in this area.

I had real good results with Reliable in the past, so when I started having issues at a rental property with my sewer, I gave then a call. They came out and ran an auger down through the cleanout, and it started haging up about 10 feet out. They made several attempts, but determined that the line might have broken, begin that it is an older home and had clay pipes for the sewer. The owner, Ramon Pagan, came out with a line camera and determined that the line was broken and where with was broke. The big issue was that I have a bi level back yard, where the cleanout is, the line is about 2 feet down, but then line goes under the elevated part of the backyard, which adds another 4 feet, so where the line broke, the line was about six feet under rock and caliche. They brought in a guy to hand dig a hole, because of a rockwall in the back yard, a backhoe could not be brought in. The hole was dug and then once they replaced the pipe, it was discovered that there was another problem about 15 feet further out that could not be seen because of the first problem area. I ended up taking down a section of wall so that a backhoe could be used. Ramon and his crew dug up the whole line, replaced it and covered it up again. Very proffesional, very commited, very systematic.

I woke up one Sunday morning to the sound of water running. After checking throughout the entire house, I found no water on or any signs of leaks. I was able to turn the water off at the main, but I was also able to figure out, because the water heater was running, that it was a hot water line that broke somewhere. The following day I notified Reliable Plumbing, because I had had a good expeirence with them in the past for a water heater replacement. The owner, Ramon Pagan, came out with his 'leak detector' equipment. They had a hard time pinpointing the leak, being that I have either tile, wood or carpet flooring and it impairs the ability to listen and detect the actual leak. They eventully narrowed it down spot below a wall in a hall closet and when they went through the concrete they found that the leak was actully in the foundation as it pasted through the concrete. The repair was made and they patched the concrete and then sent someone in to patch drywall wall that had to be cut out. Ramon and his crew were very diligent and professional. I have used them before in the past and I will continue to use them in the future.

My water heater started leaking from the bottom on Saturday 11/3 and I filed a claim with my home warranty company that day. Monday morning, 11/5, I received a call to schedule an appointment, which was set for Tuesday 11/6 and was given a window of 1 pm - 5 pm. They showed up at exactly 1 pm, but had called me 30 minutes prior to their arrival, so that I had to time to travel from work. They came in and evaluated the issue and determined that the water heater needed to be replaced, which I had already suspected. Being that I have an older home, there was a code issue that needed to be resolved with the Watts pressure relief. The whole job was completed in about 2 hours. The two guys were professional and quick, stuck to the job at hand and had my hot water up and running pretty quick. The total cost with the code upgrades, labor and new water heater would have cost me well over $1200.00 had I not had my home warranty coverage. I have no issues to date.

What a miserable experience. This is the only plumber my home warranty company uses and I had no choice but to accept their services. On this particular visit, they were returning because a leak they "fixed" was leaking again. After convincing them it was actually leaking again as I could plainly hear and they "couldn't", they finally replaced the toilet. I am so unhappy with the toilet they used as a replacement. They must have purchased the cheapest possible toilet EVER and put it in my home. By no means was it comparable to what they took out and when we have guests they all laugh at our "dollhouse" toilet. It's absolutly teeny....toddler sized. Not once did they ask if I would like to upgrade, they just came in and gave me a doll's toilet with no communication whatsoever. When I called to question the toilet chosen, the blew me off completely. I feel completely ripped off and feel they also took advantage of my warranty company.

They made us do about 50% of the work with installing the stove. They weren't looking to do the job the right way and what we paid them for. They were just lazy and not wanting to figure out the problem, so they told my husband that once we figure it out how to get the old stove out they would come back and finish the job. They were lousy. They were here within 10 minutes of when they were supposed to be. We paid them through a chain to do that specific job. We will not recommend them to anybody, and we will not use them again in the future.

The plumber was able to shut off the valve to the shower faucet while it took time to find the correct valve at Lowes. The plumber had to leave for another scheduled install appointment, but returned to our house immediatley afterwards to finish the job. The job was complicated and took two tries to find the correct valve. The plumber, David, has considerable experience and was able to successfuly repair it.
