+ -1 moreWe first called Real Stone many months ago. They arrived promptly and gave us a quote very quickly. It took us much longer than expected to get around to installing counters. In the interim, we had several other quotes. But we liked the responsiveness of Real Stone, their pricing, and the fact that they have a professional business location. We did run into a few hiccups. I think part of their business model is to and quot;drive-search-and buyand quot; to get competitively priced slabs of quartz and granite. This pushed our install back and increased materials' cost by $300. We split the difference. What I liked is that despite miscommunication, we compromised and ultimately got really nice looking counters installed for a good price. The owner struck me as a man of integrity and he followed through to make it right. He even did a final visit to make sure everything was correct and to make a few touch-ups.
