REAL DEAL PAINTING AND REMODELING

This was by far the worst experience i have ever had.
On the first day they showed up two painters arrived and started the first bedroom. After lunch passed both disappeared and a different painter arrived. This third painter was working too fast. He start two other rooms without finishing the first room. Therefor i had another bedroom and my kitchen inaccessible for about 4-5 days. I was hoping they would do one room, finish it and then move onto another. This was not the case.
Painters: The painter(s) were very unprofessional.
First and foremost their appearance wasn't professional.
Second, the painters were using my kitchen and bathroom sinks to clean their paint brushes. I had paint stuck to the new sinks and paint splashes on the medicine cabinets and mirrors.
They just left buckets of water with rollers in them inside the rooms over night. Which made the rooms start to smell. Then when i complained about it, they moved them into my garage, without even organizing their equipment. It was a huge mess.
On one night they just left all their equipment they were using during the day on my living room carpet over a canvas sheet.
The painters have no respect for the house. They would drag their large ladders across my slate tile floors.

They leaned their ladders on my closets sliding doors and proceeded to climb it, and took the door of its hinge.
They used our kitchen rags, and when they tried to grab another one i told them to buy their own.
One of the painters left his lunch trash in my living room.
They left my sidewalk with several paint spots.
They would leave my water outside running.
They got paint on every single door knob in the house.
They stripped my high glossed and sealed tile floor with the solvent they use to clean the MANY paint spots they got on both my carpet and tile.
They spilled a large amount of purple paint on one of the carpets.
They painted each room as fast as possible. We spent about 2-3 days fighting over what needed to be redone. I complained about the many streaks on the walls and ceilings that show they didnt go over it as the rest of the wall and the main painter (Robert Pina) told me that it's just the way it is.
I have already painted my hallway. Well they decided they would cover the spots that they got on the wall, they would just get the color i used and cover those spots, leaving my wall looking like a mess.
The biggest complaint i have overall is that they are very VERY inconsistent, unprofessional, and careless about your home.

We were looking to remove the wallpaper in our kitchen and texture the walls. We called around and got several quotes. Robert (the owner) answered his phone and set up a quote with us the next day. He was very professional and his crew was nice and clean. The job took 3 days and it came out very nice. They also painted the whole kitchen. We got a lot of compliments on the work. Real Deal is not the cheapest but they are definitely not the most expensive, although their work would allow them to charge more. We were very happy with them and will be using them for future projects.
