Window Service
I made a 10,000 investment to have insulated windows and the installer that he suggested wanted to leave it open with wood around the windows, I had to fight with them to put cement around the windows and the where not even considering putting insulation around, I had to insist. I also asked if a permit was needed and they said NO, and later find out I did required a permit And even now I?m sting in my office feeling cold air filtering from around windows
