I definitely was satisfied with the outstanding professtionsl moving service I received from Cata, Carlos, and Elias. This is the second time I have utilized Ramon's Transfer service. They all were very friendly and efficient Brianna Ochoa

THE TRUCK WAS VERY SMALL AND THEY TOOK FOREVER TO LOAD THE FURNITURE. THEIR TIME WAS WASTED TRYING TO FIT A 3 BEDROOM HOUSEFUL OF FURNITURE INTO A SMALL TRUCK. THE FURNITURE WAS NOT PROTECTED EITHER

I used them for some time. I used to like Ramon's Transfer but after a while they weren't very careful with my furniture. The guys were not young and not in very good shape so they didn't keep my furniture from getting nicked. The price was reasonable.

I have used them before and they are efficient and quick (no dallying around). They are careful with the belongings. They don't charge an outrageous amount. It was $95 an hour for a large truck and three movers.

Overall, it went great. They kept in touch so I knew what was going on and when to expect them with the furniture.

Worst movers ever! We have moved a lot and I have never seen such incompetence and unprofessionalism. Showing up on time was the only right thing they did. I asked if we could walk through the house together to go over things. The foreman, "Cat", agreed and I made specific requests such as "Please secure the doors on this piece because the doors don't close properly and will fly open." They disregarded my requests and I had to stop them continually in the moving process to make them do things correctly to have my furniture protected. When we got to our new house, they argued about where I wanted things placed, didn't check to see if I wanted any furniture readjusted before they left (a standard practice with other moving companies we have used), but worst of all, Cat and the others dragged things across my newly finished floor which we had just spent thousands of dollars on and made a huge mar across the floor. After the move, I contacted the owner and he sent Cat over to look at it. Nothing was done. I sent a letter with an invoice for the repair to which the owner, Rudy, never responded. I called Rudy who said my letter didn't have contact information on it, which was a shocking lie (did he think I wouldn't keep a copy?!). After a few phone calls, he said he would send a check in the mail. It has been 2 weeks and the check still isn't here.

Great experience with Ramon's Transfer

My husband and I bought some used furniture that needed to be moved to our home quickly. Service was quick and careful--the only problem was that the driver hadn't gotten his directions to the house before he left, but that was straightened out quickly. The furniture was handled carefully and I was pleased.

We had just moved from NYC and someone recommended Ramon's Transfer. They were the best movers we have ever had. They never stopped for a moment, handled our belongings gently, and acted like they were being charged by the hour (rather than the other way around). Professional, courteous, fast, affordable... We recommend Ramon's to everyone we know.
