this is something that is rare with some apartment complex's The rent is reasonable and there are many services offered including the updated laundry room, pool, exercise room, tennis court, shaded walk ways, and green lush grass and plants...The grounds are clean ...and maintained daily.
I would and do recommend this complex with a triple A......
The grounds are taken care of everyday...
There are many small pets in this complex, however there are no messes and the dogs have a place to play, which is enclosed..
There is a pool and spa, tennis court, laundry area,party room, and more ....
Many trees and plants.
The aprtments are small, one bedrooms, which works for two people, the kitchen is updated...with a large walkin closet in the bedroom..The complex is a mixture of young military, older retired folks, and some disabled tenants., this is a very quiet and laid back complex, one of the few in El Paso.
For the price it is one of the best values in El Paso...Also one of the safest complexs I have found...
.It is located in the Northeast , ..close to Fort Bliss, the interstate..and most hospitals
