My 80yo parents need their garage door replaced. From a past good experience I called Mr Fox at RAC Doors to have it replaced. Mr Fox came out made measurements and asked for a $895 down payment. This was August 2021!! He has never returned my calls or emails requesting services be completed or a return of my deposit.

The repair was done exactly as required. That, however, is not all. Robert then did a complete servicing of the door, checking tensions of the spring and cables, lubricating the bearings and controller, and tightening up all the bolts. Far more than I expected considering the plans he had to alter to get here. Very friendly and engaging, showing me several areas to watch for maintenance. Mention the Angie's List discount - he gave it to me without an hassle. I recommend RAC without ANY reservation!

Mr. Fox assessed the problem with existing unit, determined device non-functional replaced unit and left area void of any work related refuse. Thorough explanation given on operating new unit. Wish all workmen were as efficient!

RAC Doors completed all work promised. Exceeded expectations. Previous companies told us Garage Door was not repairable and needed to be replaced; but, RAC Doors was able to save us a lot of money by repairing old door. Door works better than ever. Previous companies were not able to interface our vehicles with our old Garage Door Opener and told us we needed a new opener. RAC Doors was able to interface our opener to our vehicles and again saved us a lot of money. I would hire again and would highly recommend.
