Excellent! Fast and no problems.

.Ray installed my new evaporative cooler this morning. Right on time, and exactly as expected. Shortly after he left, I turned the fan to low and I immediately called his office to report some strange noises coming from my new cooler. Within the hour, Ray was right back here to solve the issue, which he promptly did. I have depended on Ray for all my plumbing, heating and cooling issues for many many years! He never disappoints!!

He called at 8am (the beginning of our designated time frame) and gave me a smaller window (shorting it to 2 hours). He was late, but called to say he would be 20 minutes late. He worked quickly and diligently and explained all that he was doing. He walked me through installing everything.

We have used them more than once. The first time, they realigned my garbage disposal. I used them through my home warranty. I have been using them for several years. The same person comes. I always get same day, if not second day service. He will come and tell me what needs to be done. I can call if I have any questions. I have never had any problems with them. They are great.
