The mowing was fine but my small backyard has many obstacles - a gazebo, pool, gardens and therefore required a lot of hand trimming. After they left I discovered pieces of trimmer cord all over the yard. It took me over an hour to pick it out of my yard so that my dogs wouldn’t choke on it.

They were very punctual. Extremely competitive pricing compared to other companies. They have kept my yard looking fantastic.

The crew from Pro-Tech arrived promptly to take care of my lawn. They were very efficient and did a wonderful job. They edged, trimmed, and mowed my grass. They removed numerous tumbleweed from my yard that appeared after recent high winds. They also shaped my fern, which was growing wild. Their professionalism and concern for my needs was outstanding. I plan to use their services routinely. Great job guys! Thank you.

Jerry Powers was punctual, very polite and professional. The price was competitive and he did a walkthrough/ introduction for me to meet his crew before they began working. He delegated tasks to each member of his team, after I informed him of my expectations. They didn't bug me to confirm what I wanted. They got it done efficiently and Jerry was very personable, didn't expect to be let inside my home, respected my space and made me feel comfortable with his business practice. He emailed me a invoice for proof of my purchase and honored a credit when I overpaid slightly.

Since it as recently sprayed, we will not know how well the treatment workrf  until next spring.  According to the invoice, Steve Power is licensed and regulated by theTexas Departmen of Agriculture.
