+ -1 moreThe tech was punctual, professional, and personable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and to fully explain what he saw in our system and what he recommended. I requested the full conversion quote as well as only replacement of the furnace unit. We obtained quotes for both standard 80% efficiency as well as for higher efficiency units. Over the period of about 2 weeks I had several phone and email exchanges with a representative over the quotes and details. I have to say that their service and respectful responsiveness was stellar. Ultimately we did not go with them for the replacement unit because of another quote that was significantly lower. However, we will likely continue to call them for service and will always consider them for future bigger jobs.
Description of Work: They performed routine maintenance on the evaporative coolers and switched our system over to heat for the winter. The tech noticed that there was carbon build-up on one furnace and advised us that it would need to be replaced. We got a quote for one replacement furnace, and also for full conversion of the home to AC.
