I recently employed the services of Pastrana Home Remodeling
for an exterior painting on my home. I was extremely satisfied. I only painted
the face of the home and they were able to match the existing paint on the rest
of the home. I had recently had a bad stucco patch job done and they were
excellent at trying to paint the stucco patches to not be that noticeable. I
was very happy with the job that was done, and they were fast. I needed this
job done quickly and they delivered on the promise to have it done asap. I
contacted several painters and Pastrana set my mind at ease on what to expect
and delivered on what was promised. Looking for a painters make Pastrana your
first call you will be glad you did.

I had found a lot of issue with the tile lines in the bathroom. The do not match up and some of the tiles are popping up. There is no incline for the tile seat which causing the water to pool. 

The paint that he used is very bad and if you wipe it with a rag you can actually remove it. There is no finish.

The door that he hung is not very good either. Ants and water can get through and you can see light through it as well.

He does not return any of my phone calls either.

He's dependable and reasonably priced. I'll be using his services again in the future.

Victor and an associate came and replaced the damaged drywall then repaired the drywall that was damaged  when we removed the attached ceramic tiles. When they finished he wall looked fantastic. He knew what needed to be done and did it.

It was good.

Continuing to repair the house from the previous report I contact Victor who came over at the end of his work day and we discussed making repairs to a great deal of damaged drywall that ranged from broken and poorly repaired drywall by my former tenants to cracks from the house settling on its foundation. Totally retiling the upstairs bathtub and shower, replacing a damaged ceiling fan (water Damage) and installing a new garbage disposal and painting the interior. Mr Pastrana’s crew arrived when they said they would and went right to work. Victor looked at his patterns and discussed his ideas with me regarding me wanting the home to be comfortable and someplace I could wind down from the base. He had wonderful ideas and shared them with me and in the end we were on track to make the house a home. He had to repair two ceiling fans that had become separated from their fixtures on the pitched ceiling. Repaired numerous cracks and breaks in the 24 year old drywall and filling holes from numerous nails and screws. One worked the shower demolishing and preparing the new wall that had been damaged from being the window left open for the swamp cooler and moisture from the shower and the others did the kitchen and living room, dining room, stairs, ceilings, and two halls. I was told to expect 4 days of work and on the second day Victor called me to notify me that he wanted to change the layout of paint colors to better balance the room. We both looked at the change saw the new idea was better than the old layout and went with it. When it was done on time and on schedule and at cost Victor took out a compass and gave me a class on laying the house out according to the principles of feng shui and how the house draws energy, creates energy whatever and where certain things could and should not go. He then looked at rooms that will be worked on next year and offered recommendations and wanted to be involved if possible with the kitchen remodel my mother wants to do. I didn’t want to submit a report until I lived in the house for a while and had time to decide how I liked the new look. The house is comfortable and rooms are relaxing and warm. My girlfriend and I enjoy sitting and relaxing and find ourselves spending more time in rooms we normally avoided. We have also found ourselves being more active and not as engrossed with the television or game consoles and enjoy eating in the dining room. 2 months later Victor came to teach my girlfriend how to purchase and place the new living room set and we valued his suggestions. He came two months later, taught her and did not charge us. He is coming today to put a new back door on the house and has been a joy to work with.

I returned from Iraq to find the home I had leased out abandoned and in horrible condition. Scrambling for contractors and estimates Pastrana Home Remodeling came in well below other drywallers and arrived when they said they would to do the work he had bid on. Mr. Pastrana saw me working on a door in the garage that the tenant’s dogs had destroyed and called on his cell to get me a price on a new door and came in again well under what the big chain store was pushing for a quality door from a company in the city that would build it not just have it sitting on a shelf. Seeing me working to repair damage to the walls and ceiling he informed me his company did that as well and placed a bid. The man is genuine and caring and took good care of me and his men on the job site I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.
