Padilla's Tree Service

Hired Padilla Tree Service on two separate occasions, first for pruning several large trees and second time several months later for stump removal/grinding of trees that had been cut down years before so we could place a wall. Compared estimates and they were very reasonable. The quality of the work was great, the owner was incredibly responsive and professional, they did a great job on both occasions. I would definitely hire again for any tree services I need.

Wonderful!  Arrived on time to give estimate yesterday and arrived early today to do the job. 

The mesquite tree had been dropping a lot of sap.  Mr. Padilla explained that there was too much weight at the end of the branches, and the wind pulling the branches was stressing the tree and causing the excessive sap.  He and his crew pruned the tree in a way that maintained its natural shape and got the branches away from the roof.  Next, they cleared the growth from the inside of a 3-trunk oak tree, making it look more like a tree and less like a tall bush.  They cleared all of the debris.  The work went faster than I expected, requiring only 2 1/2 hours on-site (branches still needed to be taken to a chipper.)

This was a most pleasant experience. It was a two day job.

Mr. Padilla is very professional as is his crew. They arrived as scheduled. Did the work we had agreed on.

Returned my call promptly and showed up exactly when they said they would.  They did their work efficiently and cleaned up after they were down.  I have a broken outdoor light post which was near a palm tree and they suggested an easy way to fix it and did the work for me!  Very professional team, and excellent level of service.  I will definitely use them again.

I got three estimates and was tied between two companies. The 3rd company was out of the ballpark obviously because he'd have to rent all his equipment. The 2nd company offered to do the job for the same price as Marcos Padilla quoted me, but also agreed to do a lot of other pruning for same price. In sharing with with Mr. Padilla, he advised that if that was done in the current heat, the other company would kill my trees. Further discussion showed me that he knew much more about tree care than anyone else.
Padilla's Tree Service did an excellent job. I was worried about them ruining my gravel landcaping that I had had done a year ago. After they left, my wife commented that and quot;you couldn't even tell that they had been here. In 3'45and quot;, the entire tree was gone (turned into chips and blown into their trucks)! The next day, they came back with a major stump grinder and ground the stump below ground level which took about the same amount of time, but it was huge!
Their secret is that they have major equipment that most around El Paso can't afford. The help has all been with Mr. Padilla for 4 years or longer and really know what they are doing, and work extremely hard, efficiently, and safely.
I will bring them back when it turns cold to do the other pruning so my trees won't be injured, even though I'll have to pay for that.

Mr. Padilla and his crew showed up at 8:00 on Friday morning and immediately got to work. They all worked continuously (except for a short lunch) straight until about 4:00 pm. Mr. Padilla said they would be back on Saturday morning to complete the job. True to his word, he and his crew impressed me once again with their punctuality. He (Mr. Padilla) also lifted and braced the honeysuckle that had pulled away from the wall as well as cleaned up a pyracantha that had grown wildly. The crew was professional, respectful and hard-working. Mr. Padilla can count on a call from me year after year. They did a BEAUTIFUL job!

Good job over all at removing the tree's. I was not pleased with the final clean up.

Very well, the whole job took about 4 hours like Mr. Padilla had estimated. Thecrew was punctual, professional and courteous

He was punctual, professional ,and friendly. He showed up and quickly got to work and I was very satisfied with the work he did. Besides his quality of work, the cleanliness was outstanding! I have already recommended Padilla Tree Service to my family.

They arrived on time, and got right to work. The agreed upon price was for the job, not by the hour. Still, they stayed at it, nearly forgetting to stop for a late lunch.
I was certain the clean-up was going to be messy. They worked extra-hard to clean up everything. By the time they left, all we had to do was stack the fire wood.
Very friendly, always courteous, it was a pleasure to have them on the property. We will certainly call them again when the need arises.

We are VERY pleased with the job they preformed and would not hesitate using them again. They showed up on time for both the estimate and job which is almost unheard of in El Paso. They did everything they said they were going to do in a professional and timely manner. They did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards and the tree has never looked better. Cannot wait for it to start putting on leaves.

The price was reasonable, time required reasonable, clean-up was flawless - overall service was very good and would recommend, and use his services again if need be. Very happy with the results - ran a little late but had a reasonable excuse, so no big deal to me.

They were here at 8 a.m., worked until 2 p.m., removed all the cut wood ground out stump; left the ground in good condition.

He returned our initial phone query promptly, scheduled a visit for an estimate, arrived at the agreed upon time, and gave us a price. We did get an estimate from another company but they were not as courteous and professional as Mr. Padilla, and their estimate was 50% higher than his. We scheduled the work with Mr. Padilla, and he and his crew arrived on time and made short work of a very big job. Once the trees were down, they cleaned up and left us very happy for having chosen them. All around professional and thorough job.

I have an over 30 year old willow tree in my backyard that is spectacular! Sadly, my tree contracted lime flux disease and is dying. I called Padilla's Tree Service to try and help me save it for as long as possible, as well as prune all the other trees in my backyard. Mr. Padilla was prompt and professional and brought in a team that was amazing! They are clean, professional and reliable-the magic trio that is hard to find in El Paso! I would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone who needs tree services. They did an amazing job on all of my trees!
