PACHECO GARAGE DOOR

On a Friday evening, my garage door decided to get moody with me. The cable on the left side of my door jumped off the roller drum, and I was unable to close the door. I thought I could fix it myself, but even with YouTube, I was like a toddler doing quantum physics. I waited until Saturday morning to call someone. I looked on the internet, and found a few companies, but nobody would come out on a Saturday, they all said that I would have to wait until Monday. Then I looked on the BBB site, and I found Pacheco Garage Door, and was impressed by the A+ rating and the other reviews, and called them. I talked to Andy Pacheco, and he was very friendly, and said that he could come by to my house and fix it. He said that he had another job before mine, but could be there within two and a half hours, at about 12:30 PM. Because our garage door opener had not worked in over a year, I thought I'd kill two birds with one stone, and asked him if he could install a new garage door opener, and he said that it was no problem whatsoever. About 1:30 PM, I called him, and he told me that he was on his way -- I imagine some jobs are harder than others, so I had no problem with his being here an hour later. Anyway, Andy and his brother, Julio, both showed up after a few minutes, and immediately started working on the door. Julio was able to fix the cable in about 3 minutes!! He made it look so easy -- I thought I'd end up amputating my fingers if I kept trying! Anyway, they then started working on the installation of my garage door opener, and they made that look really easy! All in all, they took about an hour and 15 minutes to do everything that I needed. Something like that would have probably taken me a week. I was really happy with the speed and accuracy of their work, their expertise, their professionalism and their friendliness. Oh, and they're very reasonable!! I paid $155.00 for the cable job and the opener installation!! I'm remembering their company, because I know that sometime in the future, I'll be using them for new springs or door panels and such. I highly recommend them for your garage door repairs and installation.
