Overhead Door Company of El Paso

I bought a garage door in may 2001. I have called them a total of 3-5 times to replace defective parts of which I have documentation. A week ago, Friday the 8th, the first panel of the garage door collapsed in the middle, like it was too heavy, causing the other panels to bend. They sent a technician, and he only did a diagnosis from the outside and did not see what was going in the inside portion of the garage door. I called the company and asked to speak with the manager. While talking to the manager Mr. Valasco, I found he was rude and unprofessional after I explained what had happened. He said someone must have hit the garage on the inside or the garage came down on something. I am very unhappy by the product quality and the lack of customer service and respect.  It hasn't even been two years since I bought the door. The manager himself was 43 minutes late to come check out my garage.
