Our son smelled smoke in our house before we were all to leave for the day, and were able to turn power off before the panel caught fire. Hot,smoking breakers were about to ignite,and we were lucky not to have a major fire. Oscar came out and looked over the situation, and even talked with our insurance company, and encouraged them to cover the repairs. We were very grateful for his professional service.
