The experience was not good. I had difficulties getting an appointment with them. They are trying to resolve it but it has been very difficult. When they are here and the management gets involved, they provide excellent service but I had to get management involved in order to have the service provided at a high quality. I liked the fact that they told me exactly what agents they were using and what strengths and all of that information because it is really important knowing what they are using in my home. They were last here a couple of months ago and I've been trying to get them to come back. Their pricing is moderate to high in comparison to other services offered in the area. They are a little more expensive. I am under contract with them but if I wasn't, I wouldn't use them. I've had numerous issues with them. The person they sent to service my home was very unprofessional. The service took over 1 1/2 hours and most of that time the service person wanted to converse with me rather than do the service. I requested that they change the service provider and they sent me a non-residential service provider; he was a commercial provider. His service was very different than the residential provider. His way was to spray every nook and cranny. I had to call the corporate office and they had to send the regional manager to actually come and do the service because I was having so many problems with them. Now they are calling the day of or the day before and expect me to have my service done. I am a busy professional and I told them that they need to make an appointment with me at least a week in advance. That is the difficulty I am having with them now. He called the last day of April and said that if I didn't have the service done that day, then I would have to wait until June and I am already seeing scorpions. They seem to have a disregard for a person paying for their service. They should have a schedule that works for me and not the other way around.

They take care of the whole house, and the outside, especially the outside, because that's were you are likely to get an infestation of roaches. We put the dogs away for a good  2 days, and by then it has dissipated.  They do a good job, and we are very happy with them.  They are competitive in pricing.  I think we pay a little more, but we are happy.  I think it's the results you are looking for. They are professional,  he wears a uniform, and does what he has to do. We will continue with the contract.

I pay them a yearly fee for their services and their pricing is lousy because when I started out with them it was $40 a year and each year it goes up by $5, to $25, to $35 and now they charge me $170 for just a five minute inspection and then they are gone. They just come and check and inspect for termites, so it’s not worth the money. They quality and responsiveness is excellent. The guy who I use normally is excellent, but he didn’t show up for the last appointment and when I called the office, the lady there said that they were rescheduling all their appointments because someone had died and I couldn’t ask if that was the guy I use, so if the guy I use is there I will continue using him and I would use him every year.

The annual charge goes up every year but originally we had a contract that was 100% guarantee like five years and I also if I continue with them then as long as we pay it's covered. It was $300 a year originally which includes the inspection and application of ants or termites if needed. I don't have termites no more.

I think their pricing is fair and reasonable and I will use them again in the future.
