OK APPLIANCE

Told me they would charge $25 for a service call, but if service is complete they would waive the fee. They came on time. They came out to replace a filter in my refigerator. I went out and bought a filter at Lowes. They came and installed the filter in the refigerator. They made sure that the filter worked by running water through it. I then had a drip from the water dispenser on my refigerator. Mr.Martin told me it would cost $168 to fix the dispenser on my refigerator. He told me that it wouldn't be worth it to fix. I said that was fine, we won't fix it. He then verbally told me that the service would cost $65. He never gave me a receipt, so I never knew what I was charged for.

After a month of waiting for the pump to arrive and be installed we called and were advised they needed to contact the factory,  After another two weeks of no word we called again and were advised they needed to contact the factory.

Stay away from this company.

After an oven fire on Thanksgiving, the oven wouldn't light anymore. OK Appliances replaced the electronic igniter. They got it out quickly on a Friday afternoon just before 6:00 p.m. Conflicts in their schedule and mine, plus them having to buy the part on Monday, delayed the replacement until the following Wednesday, but when they came they were quick and professional, leaving everything neat and working when they left. The full name of the company is OK Appliances 7 Days because they also work on Saturdays and Sundays. Think their hours are 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. I had to have the electronic ignition replaced two years ago and it was over $100 more expensive. I would hire these guys again in a minute.
