Water Heater Service, General Remodeling
He did not do a good job. He was to remodel the apartment completely but he would come and do a couple of items and then he would spend the rest of the day trying to pick up materials. He would work a couple or three hours and then he would call back say he couldn't come back. I had to have someone else come in and finish. He was also going to put in a water heater and he used materials that are going to corrode in a couple of years. He is not prepared and he is unorganized.

The initial service went well. It is that he refuses to honor his warranty that is the problem. That is a F.
