remodeling, water heater repair
+ 0 moreHe did not do a good job. He was to remodel the apartment completely but he would come and do a couple of items and then he would spend the rest of the day trying to pick up materials. He would work a couple or three hours and then he would call back say he couldn't come back. I had to have someone else come in and finish. He was also going to put in a water heater and he used materials that are going to corrode in a couple of years. He is not prepared and he is unorganized.
Description of Work: I used Omar Avila of Oak Painting & Remodeling. He was going to remodel an apartment.

+ -1 moreThe initial service went well. It is that he refuses to honor his warranty that is the problem. That is a F.
Description of Work: the individual replace my roof and gave a written guarantee for 10 years. However, my roof is leaking and he refuses to honor the guarantee. So I paid too much for a roof that doesn't do what it is supposed to be doing
