Scheduled promptly but did not communicate clearly when Nu Touch had to reschedule. Showed on on time and did an excellent job on the rescheduled date. Reduced the bill by $25.00 due to the rescheduling snafu.

Two months later had to have them come out to correct bubbling and peeling at bottom of tub. Hard to get ahold of-won't answer the phone, and doesn't show up when he says he will. Gave 5 yr. warranty. Few months later, bottom of tub peeling gain. We went ahead and had new tile put in around the tub, which damaged very easily in 08/09. Called Mr. Quintana and told him and he agreed to fix it for $65.00. After that, he NEVER showed up, did not answer the phone, and does NOT return phone calls. Won't give refund either.

"The contractors this customer hired for work after her tub was refinished damaged her tub and expected us to repair at no cost because it had warranty, which clearly stated "does not cover damages done by home owner", got upset and said she would bad mouth this company. .....will never work for this customer again"
