I am sorry to say but this florist isn't very good. I went through and was having flowers sent to my girlfriend at her job. I choose the flowers and the bear I wanted to send to her. After I paid they delivered the flowers but without the bear. When I asked my girlfriend about her flowers she liked them but the bear never was delivered. I called and spoke to them about the missing bear. The guy I spoke to on the phone stated that they wouldn't re-deliver the bear and that I would have to come pick up the bear and deliver it to her myself. I am sorry I paid 8.50 for a delivery fee. I went to the store requesting to speak to the owner or the manager. The person I spoke to refused to give me his name but told me he was the manager. He told me the same thing he wouldn't deliver the bear without another fee even though he said he forgot the bear. I complained about the fact it should have been done originally. He said I could either take the bear myself or he would give me a refund for the bear only. I stated that the fee for delivery includes making sure the bear gets there. Sadly he refused to do anything about his mistake instead made it my fault.
